A beautiful and substantial piece of art glass, this vintage paperweight is a stunning example of the luxurious Avventurina technique, perfected by Murano glassmakers. At more than 3 1/2 inches in diameter, it is slightly larger and more commanding than many of its peers, making it an excellent statement piece.
The paperweight is like a little jewel, encapsulating a brilliant field of gold leaf and shimmering gold avventurina (glass embedded with metallic particles).
