The set is made entirely of solid Muninga wood, an African hardwood known for its warm color and rich grain. After travelling through Africa for many years, Van Rampelberg settled in Kenya, where he began working as a furniture designer. His work is defined by a search for ‘oneness’ — designs that appear to be sculpted from a single piece, with flowing, organic lines. Produced in small series, this set is in good vintage condition with minor signs of use and a warm patina consistent with age. This piece has an attribution mark,
