elegant piece of late 19th century swedish furniture.  overall rectangular shaped top with canted corners.  made in birch, with cross banded edge, stringing and a applied inlaid shell to the centre.

single drawer below the top surface, which is fitted with compartments.

supported by an ebonised lyre form with 4 brass strings, standing on a quadriform base with tapering legs.

table could sit well as a lamp table in a living room, work well in the hallway and many further possibilities around the home.

minor surface marks, slight bending to metal strings. See less
