Coffee table ‘K1000’. Designed in 1975 by Ronald Schmitt and manufactured by Team Form AG in the 1980’s.
It consists of a thick oval glass surface, counterweighted by a solid marble base. Despite the gravity-defying impression the table gives, it can take a surprising amount of weight.
The table is in very good overall condition, showing only normal signs of use. The marble has been sanded. This piece is attributed to the mentioned designer/maker. It has no attribution mark and no
official proof of authenticity,
however it is well documented in design history. I take full responsibility for any authenticity
