This striking pair of floor lamps, designed by Björn Svensson for Elidus in the 1970s, exemplifies the refined minimalism and geometric precision characteristic of Scandinavian modern design.
Each lamp features a slender white lacquered steel stem set on a square metal base, creating a clean architectural silhouette. The adjustable cube-shaped lamp heads, composed of a grid-patterned front and mounted on flexible goosenecks, allow for directional lighting and a sculptural presence.
Ideal for reading corners or as statement pieces in contemporary interiors, they provide both practical illumination and visual intrigue.
The Kuben lamp is often attributed to Hans-Agne Jakobsson, but according to many design critics this is a mistake. This piece has an attribution mark,
