The purple vase is made of alexandrite neodymium glass. Neodymium glass is known for its fascinating color changes. In daylight or warm light, it typically appears purple or violet, while under cooler (fluorescent) light, it can take on a bluish hue.
The yellow vase is made of heavy glass (crystal glass), often referred to as citrine yellow or amber. The vases are in very good condition.
