the details are beautiful and have been finished with a slight relief or raised finish, i have tried to show this in one of the photos. These details epitomise the style fashion of the times with the naturalist theme.

the plate has some tea staining present, please look at the photos for details. This doesn't detract from the charm of this antique piece.

the mark on the underside was used by gien from 1880.

not recommended for a dish washer, the heat and modern detergent can damage the paint and glaze.
