The Maestro produced both the stellato murrine and the filigree specifically for this work. The rose and white filigree was created and hand-pulled in the furnace, as this type of cane is not commercially available. The composition includes large murrine, and the area near the mouth features vertical filigree that have been chiselled to introduce a subtle surface texture. The work demonstrates precise control of technique and materials, resulting in a balanced interplay of transparency and texture. Unique piece. See less
