The iconic gas-lift stool created by Etienne Fermigier and Jean-Pierre Broc for the French company Mirima in 1971. The model was initially designed for FNAC sales staff. Adjustable in height, its tractor-style seat conforms perfectly to the body ergonomically.
The model shown here dates from 1975, the year it was purchased by the architect from whom we acquired it.
The gas lift mechanism is fully functional. The orange epoxy-coated steel seat is in excellent condition; the chrome-plated steel base has very minor pitting. Overall, very good condition.
