Rare floor lamp, designed by reinhard stubenrauch for stubenrauch lichtobjekte in berlin around 1990.
the lamp is made of oxidation-resistant, polished, and partially perforated stainless steel. The design is striking, with an angelic quality. As it was handcrafted by reinhard stubenrauch himself, this sculpture is a true one-of-a-kind piece. The combination of form and material creates a warm light and a beautiful interplay of light and shadow.
the lamp uses a halogen bulb with a transformer. The transformer is designed for 230v. In its current configuration, the lamp cannot be used in the usa, for example. Upon request, it can be converted to a standard e12/e14 or e26/e27 socket, making the lamp suitable for worldwide use. Please let us know if you would like this conversion.
