This … Read more A rare and charming octagonal storage box, of exquisite Korean origin, crafted from wood and richly decorated with metal. This piece, dating back to the early 1900s, is a magnificent example of traditional craftsmanship.

Design and Materials: The box has an elongated shape and an octagonal structure. It is made of dark wood and is completely covered on the corners and panels with finely crafted brass finishes (latches, hinges, decorative handles).
Functionality: Perfect as a tea box, jewelry box, or small container for valuables.
Interior Details: The top lid opens (as shown in the photo), and the bottom features a small pull-out drawer with a brass ring. The presence of oriental scriptures inside the drawers greatly enhances its historical and exotic appeal.
