A majestic and elegant oval-shaped wall mirror. This piece is a superb example of vintage Italian cabinetry, prized as dating back to the 1960s.
Theme and Style: Rich Baroque/Louis XV Revival design. The frame features a sinuous, flowing line, richly decorated with carved scrolls and curls. The upper portion is dominated by a striking openwork cornice.
Material and Finish: The frame is made of finely carved solid wood. The polished wood finish is embellished with gold leaf details (or gold highlights) on the raised parts and carvings, creating an elegant contrast and luminosity.
Base/Stand: Equipped with a solid wooden back panel and wall mounting brackets.
Ideal for decorating an elegant entryway, above a bedroom dresser, or as a focal point in a classic living room.
