We carefully converted this original sun lamp to accommodate a standard (led) bulb (e27). We also added a socket to the base for added impact. Both bulbs turn on simultaneously with the on/off switch on the base.
the lamp's base, partially made of bakelite, rests on four casters. The metal shade is highly adjustable.
the lamp has a robust patina and embodies the 1930s bauhaus style.
