A wonderful example of a painted pitch pine organ seat from a scottish chapel. The thick and wide pine seat displays smooth rounded corners to the moulding with wonderful colour and markings. The base is made of a curvy pair of out swept legs united by turned stretchers in the original blue paint. A fascinating and unique piece of scottish history and the first example pointers antiques have been fortunate enough to own. Perthshire, circa 1880.
