This charming bedside table, crafted from cherry wood during the first half of the 19th century, captivates with its understated elegance and unusual cylindrical shape.
It opens with a single door, mounted on two metal hinges, revealing an interior divided into three niches by two wooden shelves.
The warm grain of the cherry wood, enhanced by a meticulous finish, lends this piece a natural nobility.
It is topped with a smooth, round slab of white Carrara marble, which adds a touch of refinement while highlighting its original purpose: a bedside table or small storage unit in a bourgeois bedroom.
Its slightly flared base ensures excellent stability, while its compact size makes it ideal for contemporary interiors seeking authenticity.
