This contemporary piece representing the love scene of a couple, twisted together, in an embrace with strong lines and intense black which had made the feeling of love through the strength of each line and point in detail, drawn in a romantic style in which two figures are embracing each other, created with the master's touch. Auguste Brouet (1872–1941) was a French etcher and book illustrator. This piece is attributed to the mentioned designer/maker. It has no attribution mark and no
official proof of authenticity,
