The piece belongs … Read more This elegant mid-century sideboard was designed by Nils Jonsson for Hugo Troeds in Sweden during the 1960s. The piece belongs to the renowned “Trento” series, celebrated for its clean Scandinavian lines, perfect proportions, and beautifully crafted teak veneer.

The sideboard features two sliding doors revealing adjustable shelves and a bank of four drawers on the right side. The refined recessed handles and tapered solid teak legs highlight the high-quality craftsmanship typical of Swedish modern design.

Fully restored in our workshop and finished with natural hardwax oil to emphasize the warmth and depth of the teak grain while preserving its authentic mid-century character. I have official proof of authenticity such as vintage catalogs,
