cubic forms permeate this design. Perhaps the most striking detail of these bur designs is the fine perforation of the shades. A rectangular elongation refracts the emitted light and, when switched on, dissolves the cubic form of the lamp body. A particularly distinctive feature of this design is the gray metal band that encircles the lamp head and is set off at the top by a groove. This groove is further accentuated by the emitted light. The base is a simple bracket. The lamp head is connected to the base via two joints, allowing it to be tilted and thus individually adjusted.
