Made in … Read more Vintage RARE Modernist Design PJ-SI-68-A Sewing Stool Set of 2 by Pierre Jeanneret for the midcentury Chandigarh project. Made in India, 1950's / 60's period. Designed as part of the original furnishings for the government buildings in Chandigarh. We offer a set of two stools designed by Pierre Jeanneret, each with a distinct patina that highlights its unique history. The seats feature original inscriptions that indicate their place of origin, enhancing their authenticity. The reference numbers refer to the place they were used. In this case these were used at Punjab Secretariat Administration Office. And further reference to: Chair and follow number. These come in very good, all original condition. Each measures 45cm x 40,5cm x 40cm. Seat height 45cm. This piece is attributed to the mentioned designer/maker. It has no attribution mark and no
official proof of authenticity,
however it is well documented in design history. I take full responsibility for any authenticity
