1950’s Jindrich Halabala Armchairs In Original Bold Floral Jacquard Fabric.
Sourced direct in the Czech republic, Halabala was a Czech industrial designer, writer, and educator. Halabala was a key force in the development of post war industrially produced European furniture. The chair frames are beech throughout and the extraordinary one piece bentwood beech arms have been cleaned and waxed but retain their original character. We carefully select very original armchairs ensuring the fabrics and upholstery are in as best condition as possible. The upholstery is completely original and has been deep steam cleaned by our workshop team. Seat Height 42cm.
We hold large stocks of original vintage chairs for private and commercial use. At time of listing we had 2 chairs in stock. The price listed is for one chair and you can order any quantity subject to the maximum available – for large orders please contact us for stock availability. Please note Pamono systems are unable to process multiple quantities past 9 units, to purchase more than this please contact Pamono and we will happily amend the listing to the quantity you wish to purchase. In most cases we have also already set up sets of four and six chairs to make the process easier. To locate these sets just search the product title.
Our workshop team inspect every product and carry out any needed repairs to ensure that everything leaves us serviced and maintained ready for many more years of life. All of our vintage products show the rich beauty and history of their life with the knocks and bumps of many years of use and we try to minimise restoration to keep every piece as original as possible.
