An Art Deco armchair with an exceptional floral pattern. The light ochre fabric features a design with lilac blossoms and leaves. It is in very good condition. The armchair's springs are in perfect working order and offer comfortable, firm support. The wide armrests flow seamlessly into the footrest, a design element also found in the Bauhaus movement. The wood, with minimal patina, has a beautiful brown hue that complements the upholstery perfectly.
The armchair was likely made in Germany in the 1930s.
