Danish mid-century stoneware table lamp by frank tromborg for axella, 1960s.
amazing scandinavian mid-century modern table lamp with blue glaze. Made in cooperation between axella stentøj and tromborg keramik, denmark. Stamped by both underneath.
this unique handmade ceramic light from the 1960s features and tapering body with three wide horizontal ridges along the base.
beautiful brutalist sculptural shape and a very tactile surface.
diameter of ceramic body: 25.5 cm
height of ceramic body: 42.5 cm
total height including shade holder: 60 cm
eu plug. E26/27 socket.
nb: shade is not included.
good vintage condition. Working order. Natural imperfections in the glaze and two minor chips on the bottom. This piece has an attribution mark,
