A delicate reproductive print by Alphonse Leroy after a drawing by the Italian Renaissance master Antonio da Correggio. The composition depicts the Virgin seated in gentle repose, her gaze turned tenderly toward the Christ Child who leans against her with arms outstretched. Rendered with soft tonal transitions, the work captures the grace and intimacy typical of Correggio’s devotional imagery.
