CONDITION
The piece is in very good, above-average vintage condition, very well cared for, and partially restored.

(The tabletop has been lightly sanded, and the entire table has been treated with high-quality wood wax.)

Upon closer inspection, however, a few minor and typical signs of wear for a vintage piece are still present.

These include very few small surface scratches, tiny dents—mostly angular—and slight color variations in the oak wood due to light exposure, which are particularly noticeable on the extension leaves.
