Striking Danish Ox Art extra-large coffee table from the 1970s, combining solid teak wood with a richly textured ceramic tile top. The table showcases the distinctive Ox Art style, known for its artistic compositions of hand-glazed tiles featuring abstract, organic patterns and earthy tones.
The tabletop is 148 cm x 90 cm, so it can serve in really large rooms.
The rectangular teak frame is beautifully crafted, emphasizing clean Scandinavian lines and warm natural color. The ceramic inlay adds a sculptural and tactile dimension, turning the tabletop into a piece of art. Each tile is unique, reflecting the craftsmanship and creative spirit characteristic of Danish design from this period.
The table remains in great vintage condition with absolutely minor signs of use. Wood has been refreshed with professional compounds.
