Sculptural vintage necklace by Pentti Sarpaneva, from Finland circa 1965. This distinct piece is iconic of the designer and is called Punos, kaulakoru, a899. Both the chain and pendant are made from solid bronze and features a blood red jaspis center jewel. Signed: Sarpaneva, Finland to the backside of the pendant.
Measurements: chain: 65 cm, pendant: 4x4 cmcm. Weight: approx. 50 grams combined. This piece has an attribution mark,
