Italian floor lamp by Stilnovo, 1950s. Design: Gaetano Sciolari
This exceptional floor lamp from the 1950s was designed by Gaetano Sciolari for Stilnovo, one of the most important Italian lighting manufacturers of the post-war period.
The lamp features two separate light switches: one activates two bulbs for soft ambient lighting, while the other switches on the remaining five bulbs for full illumination.
The bowl-shaped lampshade is made of frosted and etched glass and rests on a triangular brass base. The marble base lends the lamp stability and an elegant appearance. It has a total of seven E27 sockets.
The floor lamp is in good, original vintage condition with age-appropriate signs of wear. This piece has an attribution mark,
