Top with a central oval maple inlay depicting flower vases, maple and mahogany trim that continues on the band below the top. The top opens like a book with a central leather insert, floral maple and stained maple inlays in the corners, rosewood and rosewood frames, maple trim, and olive wood inserts. Mahogany and ebony truncated pyramid legs. Italy, late 18th century. This piece is attributed to the mentioned designer/maker. It has no attribution mark and no
official proof of authenticity,
