Royal Copenhagen Blue Fluted Half Lace pattern - 10 round footed and scalloped compote bowls in pristine condition.
My mother purchased these new c.1960 as part of a larger set which I will be listing soon. This particular piece is unusual for its purpose and shape. The pattern is prized for its intricate delicacy, classic design, cobalt blue color and superior craftsmanship. Holding them up to the light reveals the beauty of the fluting. These compote bowls and the other pieces have remained in single ownership since they were purchased. They are lightly used, have no chips or scratches, and have been carefully stored and preserved in a climate controlled environment the entire time. It is now time for someone else to enjoy and appreciate them.
10 round footed and scalloped compote bowls: 7 inches diameter X 2-1/4 inches high
This particular piece has been discontinued by Royal Copenhagen.
All pieces are hand-painted and bear matching Royal Copenhagen factory marks. Made in Denmark.
