Baranet graduated with honors from The Pennsylvania Academy of the Fine Arts, Philadelphia, and studied at The Grand Chaumier, Paris, as well as being personally invited to study at The Barnes Foundation, Merion, PA, by Dr. Albert Barnes himself. Baranet was a professional portrait painter in New York City with Portraits, Inc., on Park Avenue. These two drawings are custom matted and framed with archival materials.(They will not discolor).
