This is a large rare vintage one of a kind hand painted 24 inch platter by Il Poliziano Arts and … Read more This is a large rare vintage one of a kind hand painted 24 inch platter by Il Poliziano Arts and Crafts Maiolica ceramic manufacturer run by Enrico Pratesi, who is no longer manufacturing ceramics, it is signed by the artist Pullano. The painting on this platter is highly detailed and has very unusual pattern and coloring with beautiful Florentine scroll, it's a stunning still life depiction of watermelon, grapes, peaches, plums, figs, a lemon and foliage. The metal stand shown is being included with this purchase. The platter measures 24 and 1/4 inches and 3 and 1/4 inches deep, the stand measures 20 inches tall and 9inches deep. This item is quite heavy but there is the necessary wire attached to hold the weight if you prefer to hang it rather than to use the stand. See less
