An American set of three covered ceramic dishes designed with streamlined Art Deco details produced by Hall China Company for Westinghouse in the 1940s and 1950s as food storage containers. The vintage U-shaped dishes are substantial, glazed in pale yellow with glossy white interiors and encircled by stylish art deco ribbed details around the outer edges. The fitted lid features an indented U-shaped handle emphasizing the shape of the body. Food serving and storage never looked so good!
Very good condition, measuring 4.5 in. W × 6.75 in. D × 3.5 in. H. Each marked Made Exclusively for / WESTINGHOUSE By / The Hall China Co. / Made in U.S.A on the base.
