A stunning example of Polish Mid-Century Modern art glass, produced by the renowned Tarnowiec Glassworks in the 1970s. Attributed to the iconic designer Jerzy Słuczan-Orkusz. Designed for Huta Tarnowiec.
This sculptural vessel is crafted from hand-blown soda glass in a distinctive, soft salmon-pink opaline hue. It features characteristic hand-applied clear glass handles (ears) that add an organic, "Space Age" flair to the piece. The glass has a beautiful, milky translucency that catches the light exceptionally well.
A rare and collectible piece of Eastern European design history, perfect for adding a touch of pastel elegance to a Postmodern, Eclectic, or Mid-Century interior.
