This design was created for the luxury liner SS Normandie by the designer Luc Lanel. This grand Ocean liner's first class passenger spaces were decorated in the trendiest Art Deco style and filled with luxuries; the bars filled with these smart Art Deco cocktail Shakers. Fully marked on the underside Gallia, together with the Chess O/C (ORFÈVRERIE Christofle) mark and the Rooster mark. Also signed Prod. Christofle and France. Dating to circa 1935.
