It has recently been … Read more This is a stunning narrow console table that was originally made around 1960 by Bombay Company. It has recently been restored and painted a lovely charcoal grey with beige, patterned drawer fronts. The narrow depth makes this table perfect for behind a sofa, in an entryway, or in a hallway.
One of the special features of this table are the two drawer. Each drawer is adorned with a new antique brass bar pull. They open and close easily on wooden runners. The inside of the drawers are painted black and the drawer bottoms lined with a black liner. It's very handy to have some storage on a piece like this!
The overall look of this console table is classics with cabriole style legs. They give the table a truly unique look. Another special feature of this sofa table is the back. The back is fully finished and has the same apron shape as the front. This is important, as it allows your table to work in many decorating schemes where the back may be visible...even to stand freely in a room.
With the recent painting of this piece it remains in excellent condition with no wear or damage.
