Rogers was born in Fort Collins, Colorado. She studied with Hugh Breckenridge at the PAFA in 1934, then earned a B.A. degree from the University of North Carolina and an M.A. at UC Berkeley. She was a member Society of Western Artists, Artists Equity. See less
