Front Yard Abstract Expressionist Landscape
The viewer is greeted by rich visual texture in this abstract expressionist painting by Kristin Cohen (American, b.1963). Along the bottom edge, there are three rectangular shapes that are numbered 1-3. Above them, a variety of leaf shapes (a recurring motif in Cohen's work) and what could be interpreted as abstracted trees.
