Pair of late 19th Century Italian vertical landscapes oil paintings. Lovely late Romantic Pastoral scenes with soft atmospheric perspective. Depicts forested landscapes with a path or stream, rustic figures and misty horizons. Signed Vito; many Italian artists from the time signed their first names only. These are oil on canvas and feel like they are mounted on board. Comes in original wood and gesso gold frames.
