A vintage Murano red and opalescent scalloped glass ashtray and catch-all bowl. Made by AVeM in the 1950s. The bowl's edge is scalloped, and the red surface has dabs of white and black/gray glass. No maker's mark or label. In excellent condition, with slight signs of wear to the underside due to age and previous use.
The bowl is 6 1/2 inches across, 2 inches high, and weighs 2 lbs.
