Handcrafted in Turkey's renowned Oushak region, this vintage shag rug combines Angora and New Zealand wool in a striking 5'6" x 7'5" format. Rooted in nomadic tradition, Tulu rugs—whose name means "hairy"—were originally created by Central Asian tribes as winter bedding on the Anatolian plateau. Each piece is hand-knotted with sumptuous Angora fibers atop a wool kilim base, showcasing saturated hues and bold geometric patterns.
