Cast using the traditional Lost Wax Method, each figure—one male and one female—is rendered in a rich bronze finish with dynamic Art Deco styling. The dancers are poised mid-motion, each holding a candleholder aloft, and are mounted on solid dark green marble bases with subtle veining. The male figure stands 17 1/8" tall and weighs 10 lbs 7 oz; the female is 16 1/2" tall and weighs 8 lbs 8 oz. Estimated to date from the mid-20th century (circa 1950s–1960s), they are in excellent vintage condition with no maker’s mark.
