Rare 1900 edition of the beloved children's classic "Black Beauty" by Anna Sewell. Black and white print with impressed hardback cover in dark green with red and black. Great addition to child's library! Published by Donohue Brothers., Chicago, 214 pages. Inscribed to Ray White, Christmas 1900. The Donohue Brothers imprint was used briefly in around the turn of the century.
Condition is consistent with age and use. No missing pages or flaws, spine and binding are intact, appears to have minor water damage to front right bottom corner. Please see photos for detail and condition.
