Circa Late 20th Century. It is Made Out of Solid Sterling Silver with a Lathe Spun Solid Mahogany Wood Base. It has an Assortment of English Hallmarks that include a Panther Head Confirming that it from London, a Lion Passant Guaranteeing its Solid Sterling Silver Content, a W Date Letter Confirming its Creation in 1996, and the Makers M C H Initials that I Believe to be Mark Charles Hutchison ?. It is in Like New Condition. It will Perfectly Fit a Standard Size Wine Bottle.
