The form reflects Peretti’s signature biomorphic style, characterized by smooth contours, organic symmetry, and shapes inspired by natural fluid motion. The hand-finished stopper is integrated visually with the central drop-like contour of the bottle, a common motif in Peretti’s design language throughout the late 1970s and early 1980s.
Pieces from this series were produced in small batches ( most probably 1,000), not mass retail runs.
