Sections are made from reclaimed timber, originally used to craft French furniture in the 19th century or earlier. A talented French woodworker has joined the older timber with more recently carved wood to form the over three-and-a-half feet tall wine tower. Five tiers of cradles, each with the capacity for two bottles, have been adorned with subtle carvings of volutes at the top, enhancing the undulating edges of the openings. Color variances between the more recent add and the antique areas add to the rustic, French Country charm of the wine carrier. Supported by four block legs, the wine carrier is highly stable, allowing for a sculpture or other bar-related accessory to be placed on the rectangular top. The vertical footprint makes our 10-bottle wine carrier ideal when square footage is an issue, as it can be slotted into a corner and out of areas of high traffic. See less
