This is a quality crafted desk designed by Peter Muny circa 1990's
The wood is birdseye maple and the arch legs are made out of wenge wood
It's been refurbished and polished so finish is shiny
The hardware is brass
I bought this desk from a law firm that order all their furniture from Muny woodwork studio
However the desk doesn't have any labels or markings but pictures of the desk are shown at Muny's store website
So I know is authentic
