The sofa features a case or tuxedo style shaped frame with wide arms and back mounted to a six leg platform. The case is upholstered with a denim blue fabric having an exposed stitch on the long seat and pillows. The sofa is deep and comfortable with excellent joinery and craftsmanship. The seat is mounted to a lacquered platform plinth in a stylish oyster white tone supported by six tapered legs having steel sabots. Very good, well preserved condition as seen in photos. The back sides of the sofa have a tufted button detail and a tailored finish. The low profile gives the sofa a dramatic profile. Versatile sofa that can go formal or casual. The sofa is similar to designs by Marge Carson.
