This heirloom quality tree stand is very heavy and sturdy. Will not topple over. In good condition consistent with age and wear as seen in photos. There are 3 eye screws that are rusty as shown in photo and hard to twist. Lovely to use as is or with fresh coat of spray paint. Can be used year round outdoors or indoors. Age unknown.
