This porcelain lidded box is made for Tiffany in Limoges, France. Tiffany partnered with Limoges to have artisans produce luxury gift items in the 1970’s - 1990’s. On the lid is a hand painted bunny rabbit in the grass ready to eat carrots and a turnip.
Open the gold clasp to find a little spot for a bracelet or ring.
These porcelain boxes are highly collectible and make wonderful gifts .
The piece is marked on the bottom in French . “Peint Main “ translates to hand painted.
