This vintage Mid Century Modern Japanese porcelain fine China serve ware serving bowl set was made by the Meito China Co. and they made this set in their Caroline Pine pattern that they produced in the 1950's after the Meito China Co. was purchased by Sumitomo Industries. The Caroline pattern is a transferware pattern that depicts a lovely painting of pine combs on a white China with silver rims. This Mid-Century Modern Meito Amcrest Fine China Caroline Pine serve ware serving bowl set is in "Pristine Condition" with no chips, no cracks, no repairs, and very little wear to the set for the age of it.
